Great store but never enough knowledgeable staff in the fishing section to help answer questions

Purchased Advanced Elements Kayaks from Matthew at GoGo Tours, around six months ago now, the demo we had was great Matt had several Kayaks for us to try out so we were sure we selected the best Kayak for myself and my Wife. The after purchase service has been great as well with Matt giving advice on many occasions on the Advanced Elements Kayak Range, Anyone looking at wanting to buy a very stable; safe Kayak that folds up to a suitcase size i suggest give Matt a ring and have a demo in one of his many Kayaks. The Advanced Element Kayak family is starting to grow in Perth with over 100 Kayak owners sharing there adventures on our Facebook Page, Thanks again Matt for your continued service to active kayak owners in Perth and surrounding areas.

Wide range of sporting goods and clothing. One of my first stops when looking for fishing, snorkelling, hiking, camping, outdoor leisure items. Club membership gives great discounts on lots of items, often 25% to 50%. Was going to replace a skindiving mask, but the discount on a full mask, snorkel and fins set was too good to miss.

The Kayak I bought from Bay Sports arrived safely but unfortunately with a lose metal plate on the crank case, that required a very unusual tool to tighten. I didn't have this device. Bay Sports sent me in the mail the device from China, to tighten the plate. This was very important. I was grateful for this. Thank you. Nick

The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped with demos and recommendations on a number of occasions and kept us informed on delivery expectations through the Covid period.No problems recommending in2Kayaks.

Took my recently online purchased bike into Cannington store yesterday to sort out a minor issue, totally unhelpful. Went the the Melville store today, went above and beyond to help me out, very happy.

Wanted to purchase a bike for Christmas for my son. Only the one on the floor left. Staff member found out I could purchase after not knowing, but I still had to pay full price listed and $30 build fee. No discount for it being the last bike left that many people had looked at. They needed to do a safety check before releasing bike & said they would call me when done. I called at 3:30pm (originally came at 10am) as I needed to arrange collection with family member and needed to know a rough time. Staff member I spoke to couldn't tell me when the person checking it would do so, didn't know when they finish for the day. Just said they are open till 9pm and that I could always pick up tomorrow if it's not done today. I still needed to know a time to let family member know and have a plan in place. Repeatedly asked for a time estimate for collection, staff member said Well

Helpful staff.Entry level kayaks are cheaper or better equipped than competition.

Calling Rockingham store to check if they had an item in stock. Unanswered for 15 minutes, so drove the 1/2 hour trip to find out…. ☺️Noooooo sorrryyyy, we’re all out, but have a nice dayyyyy!
