I wouldn't even give them one star for my experience today , I was served by a very rude argumentative young lady who needs to learn how to speak to the customers .I sertanly will not be shopping there again.I will take my business to BCF where they value their customers and are only to happy to serve you with a smile.!!!

Highly DO NOT recommend.Purchased a mountain bike (brand named Fluid) and got it built in store for a fee. The bikes gears slip, the front brakes had jammed. Tried to call back in December to rectify issue, no one ever answers as phones have been offline"

Helpful staff. Sales stock hit & miss. Recommended that you call in advance to confirm if the stock for sales have been unpacked yet.Returned twice to only be told that the stock was not unpacked yet.

The guy at the front was really helpful, despite being off shift, so I appreciated that. I drove 30 minutes for an item that the website said was in stock, and their system said they had 30 of but they didn't know where it was.Sort the bloody system out!Really appreciate the bloke helping out though

Amazing got a flyer showing deals on clothing. never been there before. Huge shop with alot of product everything travel related. Membership didn't show up at till but girl just re added me. Awesome service on floor and at check out. Sale prices are good.
