So happy with my Kayaks. Purchased 12 months ago. Steve was very helpful and meticulous with getting the design right. He showed me the manufacturing process as he makes the kayaks on site. Fantastic to be able to buy local product. My Kayak was personalised with the word Zephyr (shown in photos) which is cooked into the kayak during the making process. Steve wasn’t happy with first attempt so made it again. I ended up buying both Kayaks so the family can have more fun together. Love my Kayaks. Thanks Steve. So glad you are still going strong despite COVID.

What a Fantastic Company!!! I purchased my first kayak from Steve and he was amazing! Steve went through every detail with me, he let me try a kayak before buying one and was very patient with answering any questions! I got to pick out the colours I wanted and Steve wasn't happy with the end product unless I was. The customer service was outstanding and better than I have ever experienced!! I will be recommending everyone I know to him! Added bonus was that it's supporting local businesses! Thank you so so much Steve! I LOVE my kayak!!!

If you are looking for a well-priced, strong, reliable and comfortable kayak you cannot beat the Pacer XS at Escape Kayaks in Willetton. This is my second Pacer purchase in several years and have used in the past for fishing and crabbing with great success. Steve, the owners, knowledge of kayak production and use is enormous and he is a top bloke to deal with and talk to. It is great to see a local manufacturer of a top product take on the massed produced imports that are in many cases glorified bathtubs.

They do sales and hire. Steve was a very nice and easy guy to deal with. We hired 2 kayaks for a day to paddle in the Canning River. We weren't sure if it'll fit in the car as we do not have roof racks. Steve was kind enough to let me 'trial fit' the kayak in my old Subaru Forester 2 days before hiring. Pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely recommend this place.

We have had one of these kayaks from before Steve took over, some 15 or so years ago, and Steve had no hesitation with providing a repair job. Bought a kayak from the gentleman that operates this business. He asked what colour choices I would like, took a few days for the kayak to be built and picked it up the end of the same week. Do recommend this business.

The review referring to unsealed carpark, is false. An outright fabrication! With 1-6 customers a day, it is very rare you would not be served right away. The person was told he'd be seen in a couple of minutes, as the owner was bidding farewell to previous customers, but the person simply turned and left. Very impatient. After parking in the neighbouring carpark no less so his review of the unsealed carpark, is an outright falsehood.As for an Anchor Trolley obsessed over by the other gentleman, this is a recent and obscure item, nothing to do with our product and the person was too impatient to explain. In 19 years nobody ever asked for such a thing, it is just a gimmick of importers but we could have been helpful had the person chosen to explain himself when asked. The assumptions about our knowledge and experience based on such a brief and surly phone call are preposterous and offensive.
