Excellent customer service and support by the Bunbury store manager Ash during January 2023 when I contacted the store about issues with a previously bought item. Friendly reception and help was offered to me which will encourage me to consider buying instore again in future. Thanks Ash for your help!

Ridiculous process to refund a purchase because it was unable to be filled in full from an online order. Staff dismissive and took 3 trips to store to resolve. Just go to BCF, they actually want to assist their customers.

We wanted to get a complete hiking setup together and were helped by Glen. Really knew his stuff and got us sorted. Go see Glen! On Other occasions I have visited all the staff have been extremely helpful and knew what they were talking about. A well run business.

Thanks so much to the team at Anaconda Bunbury. The manager and staff went above and beyond to help our local scout group get fitted out with life vests despite coming in at end of season when stock is limited. Price and service could not be faulted. Definitely head into this store if you need help getting gear for your group!

Now i promised myself I would never shop at this store again after their mandate policy for the employees especially as my brother in law is an adverse reaction but....On entry it was going to be a 5 star review with Taylor's manner, helpfulness and disposition, perfect.Than I had the misfortune of getting Glen who was undoubtedly a 1 star. From the get go I got the feeling he hated being so close to a non masked person. Than proceeds to tell me they don't have what I want and what i was asking him for more information he ignores me trying to show him what I was looking at before having to find a staff member for input.I proceeded to tell him what level his costumer service was and I bought the cheapest item in the area which I wanted and left(instead of a good slim inflatable slim mattress which caught my eye).Personally I only bought because I was in there but I won't make that mistake again. While Taylor was great our minds are geared towards avoiding negatives and I should have kept my promise and just bought from ebay.

Always a good bargain to be had, great selection of products especially clothing
