Great store but never enough knowledgeable staff in the fishing section to help answer questions

Nina was absolutely brilliant in pointing me to the right gear I needed for my upcoming trip to Iceland. She was very patient and happy to answer every silly question I had. She made a potentially stressful situation seem like a walk through and for that I am immensely appreciative. Thanks once again for your help Nina :)

Ridiculously slow service. I understand that everyone is short staffed at moment but I started losing my patience after waiting for 10 minutes as the only customer in line. Both the staff on checkouts were serving other people and tool this entire 10 minutes to serve them, one was a return, I think the other was off looking for a product for the customer. Finally a third staff member came to assist me (I was picking up click and collect), couldn't find the product I had ordered and paid for, wandered off to ask someone else, then to top it all off required me to go get my ID out of the car when I had the receipt right in front of me. The whole thing took 20 minutes and it really should have taken less than 5. Just so so so slow !

Packed full of stuff on sale. Great sale but didn't have what I came for.

Huge range and great prices (for members) on everything camping and adventure. Well worth a visit.

We had to return a faulty item and it was brilliantly handled. Chris and his team looked after us and made sure we got what we needed. Great service, thanks guys!

There is good value on the sale items but unfortunately, the pricing on the sale items didn't match the check out till. We had to take photos to show the correct prices. It was not just one item that was incorrect at checkout.

Went into the Innaloo store today. As I entered, there was a lady at the counter asking if she could bring her blue heeler dog (on a lead) into the store. The person at the counter was only too happy to let her. Short time later, see the dog walking through and brushing up against the clothing. What on earth is going on these days... leave your dog home if you want to go shopping. Unless they are assistance dogs, I am sure you can survive an hour without it. I like dogs but don't believe they belong in shops or restaurants. World has gone barking mad.

collected an online order here and the staff were very unprofessional. My Id was asked for identification purpose and staff RICK and coworker tall girl, i think AMANDA, both laughed on my name right in front of my face while trying to pronounce it (my given name is not even funny though it us hard to pronounce at first). Those two shouldn't be working in retail. sloppy and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Anaconda home brand Spinifex air mattress broke the first time we took it camping, got it replaced, the second mattress broke on the second camping trip we took it to. It was two weeks after the warranty has expired, so no replacement offered at Anaconda Innaloo. We are not going to buy the home brand products that aren't made to last past one or two camping trips anymore.
