The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped with demos and recommendations on a number of occasions and kept us informed on delivery expectations through the Covid period.No problems recommending in2Kayaks.

Equally very impressed with my new Epic V8 and service by the brothers. Both Ian and Keith, with healthy senses humour, were very helpful and only too willing to offer advice based on solid product knowledge.

We recently purchased a Thule storage box from these guys we wanted to support smaller business well what a disaster it turned into… We set of to travel and needed the box well before we left ordered well in advance and was told it would be here no later than 16th feb well it arrived 2 days before we left to travel Australia not ideal. Anyway this is when it got stressful we had told them what roof rack we had and they didn’t tell us we needed an extra part so it couldn’t be fitted they offered no help or resolution… Infact it even seemed like an effort for them to fit from the beginning. It was a hassle and ended up in arguments finally we got a refund. Caused us so much stress not what we needed when we was setting off on such a big trip I would stay clear of this business for someone who is supposed to know how to fit these items they seemed clueless and offered no resolution.. luckily ARB was able to fit straight away with no issues stay clear if you want to avoid a headache and bad service.Edit to reply… we did not purchase the roof rack post ordering the Thule box as was already on the car and you was told and seen which one it was so no need to be dishonest everything is blamed on covid yet was assured it would arrive weeks in advance not two days bad form and terrible customer service

Highest possible recommendation. I have used these guys to do professional repairs at very reasonable cost to two plastic surf skis as well as the purchase of a new surf ski. They are true enthusiasts with outstanding product knowledge and customer experience.

Cannot speak highly enough of the service and Keith offer to actually deliver the 2 kayaks i purchased on Christmas day morning ! I changed this at very short notice to last Friday and again he delivered without any problem at all . Great service , great products and most important Keith is excellent and thanks again. The costumer service I received here was amazing! They were more than happy to inspect a kayak I bought second hand. Looks like these guys enjoy what they do and it translates in the service and advice you receive. Highly recommend them.

These fellas were so lovely! Magically found just the right size replacement hatch for our second hand kayak and gave us an ice water for the journey! Hundred percent recommend!
