Wide range of sporting goods and clothing. One of my first stops when looking for fishing, snorkelling, hiking, camping, outdoor leisure items. Club membership gives great discounts on lots of items, often 25% to 50%. Was going to replace a skindiving mask, but the discount on a full mask, snorkel and fins set was too good to miss.

Ladies customer service at the front is horrendous. They just look so miserable and treat you as such. Really ruins the vibes about what you’re buying and just rubs off on you and makes you feel horrible and awkward. If we had not done a click and collect online prior to going in we would have bought elsewhere.

Store usually has good discounts for club members, that's twice now I've seen the same lady trying to organize the clothes racks after useless shoppers trying something on and chucking it back where ever , clothes just fall of the racks as you walk by , it's that clustered please hire someone to give her a hand as she always seems busy and sorting out a mountain of gear. The 5 stars are for her

The customer service experience for women at the front counter is extremely disappointing. The demeanor of the staff appears quite unhappy, and their treatment towards customers reflects this. It truly dampens the positive atmosphere surrounding the products being sold, leaving customers feeling terrible and uncomfortable. I bought 5 jackets for my kids. Rather than appreciate she said how many kids you have you buying that many Jackets. Not going back this store again.

I can walk around camping and fishing stores for hours, and Anaconda Cannington is no exception. It is a very short walk from the Beckenham train station for those who like myself rely on public transport and there is a nice little cafe in the home shopping precinct. Service at Anaconda was great, and being a club member, l picked up a couple of bargains that saved me about $250.00. A little further down the road are the opposition stores for easy product comparison.

I have bought a lot from this store and have often found it to be messy, unorganised, poorly stocked and the staff unhelpful. Recently I ordered a snorkel set for click & collect, only to discover a fin missing, after I arrived home. Do you think they would send a replacement to me? No. It was up to me to return to the store (some distance away) to correct THEIR mistake. This is just one of several issues we have experienced. It feels like they pride themselves on being difficult. If you have a competitor's store to shop at, I suggest that instead.

Disgusting customer service.Spent $220 on shoes that lasted two weeks before they started falling apart. I went in to exchange them 29 days after purchase and was told they need to send them off to the manufacturer for review before they can refund or replace. Leaving me with only thongs to wear.When I stated they were being unreasonable the store manager said I need to be careful
